The Organic Buckwheat Honey is raw, unprocessed organic certified pure honey.

Harvested in the forests, meadows, and fields of the Baltic Sea region, the western part of Lithuania, and Northern Europe. Lithuania is famous for its unspoiled natural environment, rolling hills broken up by small rivers and streams running into the baltic sea.

Our Organic Buckwheat Honey is a dark brown colour (even black while the honey is liquid) highly, nutritious honey, rich in smell and taste, collected from the buckwheat flowers, used as a tasty sweetener and popular for its many health benefits. It is higher in antioxidants than any other type of traditional honey and is very rich in vitamins and minerals, therefore it is considered to be a healthy food source. The primary benefits of buckwheat honey are that it promotes healing in the body, supports immune functions, and boosts antioxidants. Totally love the stuff

I got one huge jar of the buckwheat honey, and now I’ve bought 2 little ones. Havent opened them yet, but waiting to see if they are crunchy. - Thats how I like it best. The big jar was all runny. But either way, to me, its amazing stuff with a uniquely special taste.

Interesting, lovely flavour

This doesn't taste like traditional honey, but not in a bad way. I can taste the buckwheat and I love it, it feels like such a pure product like I can taste the part of nature it came from. I love that it is raw and organic, makes me feel like I'm nourishing myself every time I have a spoonful.
